viewing the dvr from outside the network failed

I have a DVR in my store with four cameras . I have port forwaded it and used no ip service to fix my ip adress . Now i can view the DVR when i am inside the network by typing the local ip adress of the dvr in the url but i when i try accessing to the dvr from outside the network i type my pubic ip adress and it redict me to my modem setting page

You need to use a port different than 80.
