Dami 0 Posted July 15, 2015 Hi, I use the software AVTECH CMS TRIDENT,i can see my DVR,but i still have 2 problems,first,i can see my cameras remotely ( internet ) but i can't see anything in local ! and also i use PTZ normally with internet explorer or video viewer,but not with this software,i read " ptz not supported" ?!.
