problem with zmodo ZMD-DD-SBN8

here is the thing, my client has a zmodo ZMD-DD-SBN8, we are located in venezuela, but he is recieving internet from portugal and the ports 5050, 6050 and 7050 seems unable to be open, we using a tp link something router (i dont remember the mode and im not nearby the place)

 

the question is, there are alternative ports to those? im using 8080 for http just fine instead of 80

 

edit for clarification: the original ISP is meo from portugal, somehow a company called intermax is redirecting the internet to venezuela and providing it

 

i need to look the device in the internet but the deffault ports 5050, 6050, 7050 cannot be opened even after the standard process in the tp link router
