puntable 0 Posted August 5, 2015 Hello I have setup 2 cams so far with a Hikvision NVR (DS-7604N-E1/4P) and 2 x cams (DS-2CD2332-I). I have installed iVMS 4200 (2.3.1.3) on a laptop in same wifi. I can find the cams fine and all, but the screensizes does not fit the grid in iVMS. See screenshot. Ant suggestions how to fix this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
xavier4or 0 Posted August 5, 2015 I had the exact same issue earlier in the year and filed a bug with Hikvision. They had me go thru the typical fixes - re-install your graphics driver, re-install iVMS 4200, try a different monitor, etc - but nothing worked to fix it. They stated "they might fix this in a future release" - but I couldn't ever find a fix to the issue. That is when I switched to Avigilon... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
