Smart PSS question...days recording question

Hello all

How do I tell how many previous days of recording I have for a camera in the smart PSS software? I'm not able to tell how many days backup I have for each camera. Any tip or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm on Windows 8.1 using Smart PSS 1.12.1. Have 25 cameras connected to 2 16 channel DVR's.
