PELCO P/D PTZs in AXIS ENCODERS

Dear Forum Members.,

 

In this case, Yesterday I went to customer location for connecting Analog Pelco P/D PTZ camera with their Existing Axis Encoder 241S.,

 

In Axis encoder 241S, I had tested by installing (Pelco) PTZ drivers and updated their latest firmware., but unable to make communication with my PTZ by choosing different levels of Encoder’s “pelco” protocols (DD5-C, Esprit ES30C/ES31C, LRD41C21, LRD41C22, Spectra III, Spectra IV, Spectra Mini).,

 

Kindly please help me in this to solve the problem.

 

Note: Encoder is Axis 241S, and PTZ is Hikvision's Analogue PTZ.
