whatthecrappin 0 Posted August 16, 2015 I've got 2 cameras DS-2CD2232-I5 DS-2CD2432F-IW Both of them have the message the account is locked try again in 20 mins. I've waited all night and its still locked. Note the password is correct as I can change the IP address via the ivms-4200 (I just cant remotely config the camera or add it!) So I'll resort to resetting..... Is there a way to remotely reset? The DS-2CD2432F-IW isnt too bad as its near a door but the DS-2CD2232-I5 requires a ladder as its on the eaves of a 2 storey house.......... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
