DVR login issue from external network

Hello, I have a problem.

 

Redirections port of DVR on the outside (external network)

From outside (external ip), I see recorder, but when you try to log unknown error pops up: "Network connection fails, check your network"

Locally I can login. But from outside of network not.

 

Maybe i need to forward more ports?

There is no firewall on the router.

Yes, this is local IP of the router and this is my gate

Or maybe there should be external IP for Gataway?

Is it possible to install new software to this DVR ?

This one looks litle a bit poor. Maybe there is a problem.

 

Can any one recommend something?

plz guide me how to get rid of the same problem

 

through windows pc i am trying to access DVR from out side but face this problem

but from Android cell phone i can access

Hi Everybody

I have a weird problem connecting remotely, i installed a new 8ch DVR with DSL Modem (static real IP from the provider)

I configured the Ip,DNS, port etc, and everything worked fine

but the problem is every few hours sometimes days i have to reset the modem or the DVR so i can access again

the thing is locally works fine. i changed the DVR, hard reset the modem tried different ports 80,80,8080 nothing worked

Can someone help me with this issue.
