reaganem 0 Posted August 26, 2015 I have an issue with old hikvision 7200 dvrs. they tend to reboot every 5 minutes. They behave as though the software crushed. If take a a case scenario of a computer, its just as would see a computer loading till one can view the windows platform then it restarts. in this case one views the hik vision platform then the DVR reboots. Securame 0 Posted August 29, 2015 A few ideas. - Try it without hard drive - Try it with the cover open, and make sure if there is a fan it is working, and that there are no heat issues - Reset the device to default settings - Try it with a new 12V 5A power supply Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
