Swann Netviewer Downloading Help

Hello, I just joined the forum.

 

I own Swann DVR ( don't remember the model), and my problem has something to do with Netviewer software. When I'm away from home, I am able to connect the DVR . However, my problem is that whenever I try to download the playback video, for some reason it stops randomly. No errors, and nothing crashes. I tried to delete the video, but the windows says the other software is using it even though i press stop on netviewer.

 

Can anyone help resolve this issue? What other surveillance software besides the Netviewer works for Swann?
