So is the next 4m camera from HIKVISION worth it or ??

Going to the overseas home of the company leads to a new 4meg bullet outdoor cam and its sold in a English version from a site about as big as Amazon so to speak. Legit? DS-2CD2T42WD-I3/I5/I8
