Dahua hvr and ip camera not catching motion on time

I have a dahua hybrid dvr and have both analog and ip cameras connected to it , when I set up motion detection , it works all good on the analog ones , but ip seems to struggle detecting motion , it sometimes starts recording too late and always cuts the video short ie. I have one of the cams pointing at the driveway and it can see me going and getting into the car in the morning but it wont record car leaving from the driveway.

 

I have anti dither set to 5s

delay set to 10s

(all default parameters that work good with the analog cams)

The software of Hybrid DVR seems to be responsible, not IP camera. Better check out with Daihua.

Your Anti Dither may be the problem. Turn it down to 2
