ho_vietnam 0 Posted October 10, 2015 Hello We install 8 units of Pinetron PDR-XM4016 DVR in an apartment. Now we have headache because one issue that has been happening for all units: the DVR are often freeze and displays a message "WAIT FOR DISK REPAIR". One this issue happens, we cannot control the DVR at all. Once DVR is freeze due to this issue, we have to solve it by: - dismantle the HDD and format it by using a PC - reset the DVR to factory default We have tried to test replace some type of HDD, such as WD Green 2TB, Seagate Barracuda 2TB, Seagate SV-35 2TB, to see if this problem can be solved. However, the situation was not changed. I've contacted the manufacturer but no feedback (we have stopped Pinetron for 2 years ago).
