onlyprinzp 0 Posted October 14, 2015 Hello I have a question regarding the "Video Viewer" from AVTech. When I watch remotely using the VideoViewer, I can see a blinking Ex.Mark at the top left which indicates a motion. When i click on the mark, I can see the date, time, event and which channel. But as soon as I close it, the mark is gone and next time it shows up all the former log listings are gone too. I can access the log on the DVR directly, and over the DVR`s website, but it is so much complicated to go back for example 10 hours, you need to click like 200 times to go to previous page. Now my question is how can I get this "quick notify mark" to not delete the records, but to be able to have them listed all or change dates easily on the website. Cheers!
