Help with Hikvision IVMS-4200

Hi all,

 

I'm very new to the world of CCTV cameras and have a Hikvision IVMS-4200 setup and running. Because this is setup in a boxing gym it would be ideal if I could find a way of inputting a 'Start Date/Time' and 'End Date/Time' and having the footage between those inputs downloaded onto my computer so I can send it onto people.

 

Is there such a functionality with this software?

you can use this hikvision software to record your footage

then use the vms to play it back and cut/save/import footage direct to your PC
