GV-900 & recorded video sizes (stuck at 320 size)

Hi,

 

I have a GV 900 & I am having an issue with my video. I want to go with the 640x??? size or the 720x??? size. I select the appropriate size the system control panel says the cameras are recording at 720 & the video file size itself never records at anything other than 320.

 

Is this a common problem?

 

I am using a 3.2DC processor, 2 gigs of ram, a radeon 1800 card, raptor hard drive, etc.

 

The setup is smooth as silk but the video never records at the higher resolution.

check the "video source" option and also try pushing the "+" button incase you zoomed out, lastly are you recording audio?

Make sure you have selected the Recording Resolution as below.
