I have a refurbished GV-800 (16 port) card that im using for our companies DVR (we do this for a living but we deciedd to use a refurb on our internal system). I've installed the card on another machine, it works. I'm installing the card on one of our normal DVR chasis we use but the machine freezes after it POSTS... I have a DSP card and the 16 port cart. The DSP card works fine by itself, machine boots. But if I put the 16 port card in, it doesnt boot, it freezes after the POST screen. I've also tried another 8 port version of another card, same issue. Anybody have any idea why this might happen? Is there a special setting in the BIOS i need to configure? It's pretty weird.
