outdoor enclosure for poe switch inside soffit

do I need an outdoor enclosure for regular indoor 4 port poe switch inside soffit in the front entry porch?

outdoor temp range is normally -35C to 20ish C, occasionally may go -40 with high wind chill or +34C (rarely in hot summer)

if I need one, where can I get one?

any local supplier in Alberta Canada?

 

I only have one poe connection in that vicinity and I like to add another one or two dome camera to cover the blind spots
