Bosch Mobile Video Service

Hi Everyone, Need help with configuring Mobile Video Service on Bosch VMS (DIVAR IP 3000). The question is I cant access cameras with Bosch Video Security App (android) from outside. I can easily access cameras using this App when Im in a local network with server local IP address -https://localaddress/mvs. But when I am outside the local network I enter https://publicIP/mvs and it says "Connection attempt timed out". The interisting thing is that I can access it via any browser from outside but I cant do it with Bosch Video Security App. Could it be the SSL Certificate problem? Cause when i enter through browser it says "Server`s certificate does not match the URL" then I click continue and it gives the access. But the App doesnt ask anything. But like I said before I can use the App when I m in a local network.

Any ideas?

Hi Everyone,

 

I needed help for configuring Mobile Video Service on Bosch VMS ( Divar IP 7000).I have configured the IIS Server settings on one LAN PC with Windows 8.1 Pro & installed the Mobile Video Service on it.

I have completed all the settings provided in the configuration manual and also added the URL for Mobile Video Service on Bosch VMS Management Server.

After completion of all the settings as per the instructions in the configuration manual , I am getting X (cross ) symbol after addition of MVS URL on Bosch VMS Management Server,means Bosch VMS Management Server & MVS Server are unable to communicate with each other.

I have ensured the Network Connectivity between both MVS Server & Bosch VMS Server.

Is there anything to do with Firewall ports on both the servers.

 

If anybody is having any necessary documents to configure this Mobile Video Service then please provide me with these documents on following Email ID:

Please use the public ip address of the dvr internet along with :442 and ssl on

 

for e.g

 

myhome.dyndns.org:442
