Can't get my 2CD-2332-I Turrret working

I just bought three more cameras including the above but can't seem to get it working.

It seems to boot up - EXIR led comes on and goes off after approx 25 seconds, and the NVR is reporting about the right power being drawn.

SADP connects and confirms the default IP address, although I can't save the change in IP address I want to give it.

SADP also reports that it supports DHCP although IPv4 status is "off", the s/w version is V5.3.0 build 150327, and DSP version is V5.0 build 150327.

I am in the UK and the serial no. confirms it is a Western Region model ( with CCWR in the ser. no.) and it came in the smart Red and White box.

 

I had this problem before with the first cameras I got but returned and the dealer kindly swapped them out although said "nothing was wrong and they worked OK" - I wonder if he just did a reset or something ? There doesn't seem to be an external reset button on this one though and I haven't found the reset procedure yet if there is one.

 

Can anyone give me some suggestions please ? I really don't want to send back again as it took a couple of weeks and carriage, unless I have to.
