kevindx 0 Posted December 5, 2015 Because Hikvision has introduced Secure Activation feature. So you need to activate IP cameras using sadp or IVMS. http://oversea-download.hikvision.com/uploadfile/USA/Secure%20Activation%20Letter%20052915.pdf
Jcohen 0 Posted December 7, 2015 As active as when you'll do me indicates that the login and password are invalid and to connect to NVR indicates that the user is locked. The cameras have a tag attached which has a login password is numeric and is alphabetical, and indicate that they are disabled, the manual says that the login is admin and the password is 12345 and place it says is invalid. In SADP applications and IVMS eh tried to place DHCP camar with key 12345 or alphabetical this on the label and not the decision said to be unsuccessful
