Hello, I'm Sliquordep.....I'm having ongoing issues with the Solstice NVR recorder. I use a 16 channel/6 TB system in my business, and can't seem to get all channels through to my Cell phone or home computer for recording....I find that Techincal support from Supercircuits is not bvery user friendly, and that the system continues to have issues with Java support.....

Welcome you two guys .And Sliquordep , if your cameras can't contact with your smartphone or computer ,I think the settings of your cameras is incorrect ,just follow the user manual and check it .If still not working ,then search some videos from youtube ,there are a lot of geeks upload videos on it to teach people how to do with CCTV camera .
