Hikvision iVMS 4500 viewing problem

I have installed 4 Hikvision IPCAM with Hikvision NVR, and I install ivms-4200 with my PC it is perfect. But I install ivms-4500 to my andriod phone and connect to my Hikvision NVR, I only can view 1 cam in the app. How can I fix this? thanks
