Help me before I buy Q see from costco (16c NVR,8 4 mp cam )

Hey everyone,

 

I need to upgrade the system at one of my gas stations. We have been using analog q see from Costco for like the longest time( 2 different systems over the last 6 years). Anyways I want to upgrade, and the 16 channel system with 8 cameras from Costco, along with adding 2 additional cameras(for now, maybe more later) looks like the front runner. For the price $1732, shipped and tax included, in your guys opinions can i do better for what i'm getting, 10 cameras, 16ch POE NVR, with cables and the 4 mp cameras if i were to piece together my own system? and If so what would you guys recommend? (3 outdoor, mounted on building under a canopy so not exposed directly to rain/snow, and then rest inside)
