Cannot focus my cameras on ip network using cobra nvr

Hi Everyone

 

Having problems with my twilight pro ip cameras, my system is a cobra premium nvr.

 

The problem is that I cant focus the cameras, they used to work fine but not anymore, I use vms to connect and I can connect with no problems, I can also change all the settings of image quality ect but when it comes to focussing in or out the cameras don't respond.

 

Does anyone know what this problem is down to? I can offer more details if needed. The image is how good I can get them at night but I cant get one of my others like this as I cant focus

The focus might be stuck.

Try powering the camera on and off first.

Then try a factory reset on the camera...
