Reflective areas show up black

I am new to the video surveillance world but I am taking over responsibility for our small 4 camera system. I notice that on one of our outdoor cameras any reflective surfaces, like a window, and some white surfaces show up black. Does anyone know what might cause that? I will attach a photo. Thank for any help.

It seems that your cameras have HLC activated (high light compensation).
