rebekic 0 Posted December 23, 2015 Hi I have two question regarding my WV-SF539 cameras: 1. One of them (i have 6 other working perfectly) can not obtain IP address (only red light is blinking), all is working (my friend measured) but it look like software/bios is down...is there any way to upload bios to camera and there fore obtain IP address again 2. I want to use 3 of them outside , is there any cheaper solution (housing) that can fit with this cameras and also to be waterproof any help/advice would be welcomed Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

myiicu 0 Posted December 30, 2015 The Panasonic WV-SF539 is not a exterior/outdoor rated camera. Exterior cameras are usually rated IP66 or IP67 and have better seals to prevent water infiltration and can take the extreme heat and or cold. You might be able to mount under a soffit with a lot of silicone around the openings but still not recommended... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
