Can't find Hikvision ds-2cd8133f-e in my network

Hi,

 

I've gottin this camera 2nd-hand, so I think somebody messed up the Network-settings.

I've try'd pretty everything...

 

- LADP-tool doesn't seem to find the camera.

- I've try'd resetting the camera(unplugging power, pushing the reset for 20sec/10sec while I put the power back on)

- still nothing found in network

- Fix IP-adress should be 192.0.0.64, according to the manual, but still can't find it...

- DHCP is off, cause I don't see any DHCP-requests with wireshark...(I've set a fixed IP-address on my laptop with 192.0.0.65, to stay in the same network as the standard IP-address)

 

Somebody has any idea's?
