LENEL NVR PROBLEM

i have 3 lenel NVR 16 channel each . but for last few days 1 of them having problem ie i can see live stream through lenel nvr but recording not happened . all three nvr configured through onguard software which is installed on another pc. so if anyone know the reason please tell me.

it shows error

WINDOWS- DELAYED WRITE FAILED .

Windows was unable to save all data for the fileD:\INVR Storage\6\558\-----.lnr. the dATA HAS BEEN LOST.THIS ERROR MAY BE CAUSED BY A Failure of your computer hardware or network connection .please try to save this file elsewhere.

 

 

Please suggest me if anyone have solution

for that i have done formatting of hard disk that is D drive and E drive and check it from disk management it shows healthy.

also reassign the cameras to that LNVR through ONGUARD system Administration . but recording not happend i can see live video through matrix player . also this error doesnt come again

Hi. Still sounds like hard drive ....... HD in the NVR not on PC you are using for cms.

 

Does the NVR show playback ?

no i have checked the drive in NVR there is folder developed ie: LNVR Storage but there is no other file in that folder my drive is empty.

when i am trying to watch recorded video through ONGUARD it shows the requested time and date not found .

Basically we watch recorded video through onguard pc my all three lnvr configured in onguard . by right click on camera for watching the recorded video .through onguard i can see live video of particular faulted LNVR but cant see recorded video

in NVR i have matrix player for live video which are seen on LCD . I can see live video of 16 camera which are configured in that NVR but i cant recorded video .

as i mention no hard disk space is used both are empty in NVR

 

suggest me what i can do?
