longstory 0 Posted December 31, 2015 Hi ,it also happened to my Floureon CCTV camera system before ,in order to keep password safe and I made a complex password with letters and numbers ,two days later ,forgot it completely . So I searched their official site and finally found some useful information in FAQ .Then I contacted them and they helped me solve it.I think you can also search some info on their site or contact them on social networking sites.
