I'm Hugo from Belgium.

I have a PTZ Camera Dahua DH-SD42212S-HN with NVR Dahua DH-NVR4208-8P 4K.

It is not possible to configure the camera (image attached). If I change IPC Config options (WDR, BLC, HLC, Day&Light,...), the camera image will not change.

I also have the camera Dahua IPC-HFW4800EP 4K. For this camera, no problem to configure the camera.

In my view, the NVR Dahua DH-NVR4208-8P 4K is not compatible with the Camera DH-SD42212S-HN from the point of view of the IPC Config.

Do you share my opinion?

Do you know a compatible NVR with PTZ Camera Dahua DH-SD42212S-HN ?
