spve400 0 Posted January 13, 2016 Hi I apologies in advanced im new to this forum and need some help please, i purchased 4 poe cameras hview with a H.264 dvr im trying to setup email alerts and remote viewing email - ive entered the correct username and password for the gmail account to send me motion pictures but keeps saying "test failed username, password or encryption type is incorrect" i have enabled ssl and tried port 25, 587, 995 and 465 smtp.gmail.com remote view - im on virgin media uk tried to forward ports 80 and 8080 but there closed checking via port checker online i called the provider and same old bull crap the we have not blocked any ports on your account also tried a brand new n600 router and same issue port closed please please can some one help Many Many Thanks in Advanced Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
