[HIKVision] How to setup the camera when this one is dark

I have installed some camera in my house.

I have a problem with 2 camera, on the "night mode", the quality is very bad and very dark.

 

In fact, I think it's because there is a white wall. How can I have a better image ?

Move the cameras away from the wall.
