gnikoli 0 Posted January 20, 2016 iVMS-4500 installed on smartphone running Android 6.0.1 works just fine when connecting view cellular but when connected via WiFi inside LAN, it does not see the NVR. Same app installed on tablet running Android 5.1.1 works fine inside or outside the LAN. Has anyone had success running iVMS-4500 on Android 6.0.1 inside their LAN? trooper 0 Posted April 24, 2016 What do you mean by inside your lan? I run ivms on my samsung s4 s5 s6 and tab4 and ipad. Both cellular and on wifi work fine. Except when i go out and connect to shops wifi. Sometimes they don't work. Just use cellular if it works
Daryl733 0 Posted April 25, 2016 Most likely your internet router don't support NAT Loopback. Use internal IP when you connect to the same network, otherwise, change the router to one that support NAT Loopback. http://www.i-helpdesk.com.au/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/299/4/what-is-nat-loopback--is-it-supported-in-vigor-routers
dgonzalezO4 0 Posted September 13, 2016 I also kinda have the same problem. I can see my cameras over my cellular, wherever I go. But when I am home and on my wifi' I can not see my cameras. It comes up as an error. I have to turn off wifi and then I am able to see. Any solution to this??

You will need to setup a second device on the app using the local ip and use that when at home. Or get rid of your router/modem combo.
