Tazonsax 0 Posted January 29, 2016 I've just bought a Swann system. It's digital and appears to be of good quality for domestic use. I'm struggling with the motion detection sensitivity during a dark and rainy night. At first I tried reducing the sensitivity to stop the rain triggering the "event" log but then it's not sensitive enough to be triggered by a person in the garden. Am I missing a setting somewhere? aibudo 0 Posted January 29, 2016 Nope, get used to the rain! Movement is movement. rain, bugs, snow, dust, spider webs, light changes, etc.
myiicu 0 Posted January 30, 2016 A quality external dedicated PIR motion detector is more reliable than built-in camera motion detection...
