Anyone heard of Bigrocks CCTV systems

Has anyone heard of this manufacturer

There prices are quite reasonable but I cant find any info of them or there cameras other then there website, Has anybody bought or dealt with them before,and are they legit.There cameras seems to be quite nicely spec'd for the price.

Yes, I work with them since two years, price is ok they announce a 48 hours of aging test for all products, quality is promising so far. I do more ip products, bigrocks has a wide range of ip products, ahd is not so competitive from them, but ip is proved to be good...

any one have contact details of Bigrocks ??

 

i bought 10 camera from bigrocks, but i couldn't connect this camera with networks using 2UC mobile app. any one knows any solution for this??

they are not responding to our emails & Calls .

Hi. It's a throwaway company like 1000s from China

 

Domain was only registered for a year. And is now shut

 

Simple check before buying from China can save you money.

I think you login to the wrong domain, it's www.bigrocks.cn

I know this company since 2006, worked with them on analog long time ago, quality is good. They are very customer oriented, 5 years of warranty is rare but they do take good care if anything happens..

I'm distributing their brand, support is very good! In fact, the most responsible company I've ever worked with for cctv products.
