fas 0 Posted April 23, 2006 I set up a 10 camera system using the above power panel. For some reason, 5 of the cameras shorted out 5 of the 12v outputs on the panel. I switched the wires to other 12v outputs on the panel, and the same thing happened. It turns out someone miswired the crimp on connection which connect to the cameras and this shorted out the panel. I had to double up some cameras on the panel in order to get them to work because I did not know how to reset the panel, if it could be done at all. I am not sure if the fuses need to be replaced, or just reset somehow. Does anyone know the answer to this? Can I somehow reset the fuses, or do I have to replace them? Thanks. rory 0 Posted April 24, 2006 Who makes that power panel? If the fuses are removeable, sure you can just replace them. Hopefully the cameras arent fried though.
