sceh 0 Posted February 7, 2016 Yesterday after a power cut, one of my video cameras now has a continuously scrolling picture as though it has lost sync. Any ideas what could cause this? I say it happened after a power cut but this could be unrelated. It is Swann camera and has worked perfectly until yesterday.
