eyal8r 0 Posted February 7, 2016 Hey guys- Have a Hikvision Dome Camera. It's been setup and working great for about 8mo now. All of a sudden, I get a black screen and this error in iVMS-4200: Live View Failed. Error Code 24. The Channel is unavailable. All my other cameras are working and functioning fine. I've searched this, and other forums, but not finding a solution. Any ideas on how to get it working again? I would check my browser portal- but can't get my login/password to work, need to search the forum to figure out how to reset that, too... Thanks in advance!
