N6200-8E . NO IP connection NO VGA monitor

So... It started out trying to do a simple firmware upgrade and now it's a mess.

 

I CAN telnet into the mini nvr.

I CAN USB boot with the mini nvr.

I CAN NOT boot normally (no USB Stick) into any type of screen (Black)

I CAN NOT IP connect with mini nvr (unless I USB boot - then I have a connection)

 

Is there a way to do a complete image install and basically wipe it?
