Prokam access problems. Fails to accept password.

Hi, I have a Prokam PR08001 DVR that will not allow me to log in. I know (I think) what the password was when I installed the system but it will not let me log in with it now.

I have been trying to access the system to get some video off it following my car getting broken into straight in front of one of the cameras but having no luck.

 

I have tried searching the internet for info but not coming up with any way of reseting the password back to factory default. I have tried the usual stuff such as disconnecting power and removing the internal battery, holding the enter button etc but each time I try it still has the same problem (the time and date remains set as well). I have also tried the various super password generators I have found but again no luck.

 

Can anyone offer any advice on how to reset the password?

 

I have attached an image of the same unit. If any other images would help ie the internal board etc then I can upload these as well.
