CCTVForce 0 Posted February 24, 2016 Hey everybody, we are CCTVForce and we just signed up with the CCTVForum today. We are a national Commercial CCTV Service Technician subcontracting group and I signed up with CCTVForum mainly to get feedback from CCTV professionals. I'm looking for feedback on what issues you encounter doing subcontract work for contractors such as ourselves and to get your suggestions on how to make the interaction smoother on both sides. I am really interested in learning about the unspoken issues that we may not hear from the techs that may help us work better with our growing national subcontractor group. I hope I can offer feedback to CCTV professionals from our side of the subcontract relationship that may be beneficial also. As a national contractor we try to build a long term relationship with our subcontractors to solidify the team and so that we are sending a known tech to the site. However, in building relationships, there is always challenge, always room to better understand the other side and always room to improve.
