ntsc problem with samsung dvr sds p-3042

hello,

 

i baught samsung dvr sds p-3042

 

and i wanted to use it with old cameras , but i found my old cameras works on PAL system and the DVR works in NTSC system and i cant find any way to switch thew DVR from ntsc to PAL

 

is there anyway to switch the DVR to PAL ?

 

NOTE : old cameras works but the picture is white and black only , and when i try to use the camera which came with the DVR ( NTSC camera ) it works well
