kb2304 0 Posted March 1, 2016 Hi Can someone help I have a Flourion 4 ch dvr have connected the cameras and the hard drive and all works well on the monitor. When I follow the instructions to view on my smart phone it does not connect, is this something to do with the SKY router. I have a similar set up at another property ( different internet provider )and have no problems viewing the cameras on my phone. I just followed the instructions put in the serial number of the dvr on the xmye app and it worked fine I will admit I have no idea about ports or IP addresses etc so need someone to walk me through it step by step. a challenge for someone I expect. if someone wants to take on a complete novice it would be appreciated. can someone help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
