iVMS-4200 can't login after import config

Hi

 

I just installed iVMS-4200 on a Windows 7 64bit Lenovo laptop

 

I initiated the login and once loaded I imported my config file

 

From then on it was impossible to logon: instead of admin, there appears the following name : jÂéký?Âó

 

If I replace it with admin, I obtain the following error "User does not exist"

 

I guess it could be my import file that might be off, but it was created a few minutes ago from a working PC

 

Any clues or ideas ?
