Only First 8 Cameras Seen on Network Output

Our Epcom video system, using iVMS-4000 software, has suddenly stopped displaying cameras assigned to slots > 8. Any of our 14 cameras can be configured to display in the first 8 slots, but no camera will display in slots 9-16. Display is normal on the local monitor--all cameras display there. The cameras that do not display were working OK until a few days ago. Curiously, one monitor, connected directly to the LAN IP (192.168.1.150) displays normally, bur other monitors on the LAN, and on the Internet domain do not.

 

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm stumped.

Few ideas:

- check group settings (what you see is a group, not necessarily a DVR )

- try deleting the device and adding it again

- is monitor showing blank screen or "No Video" on channels 9-16 ?

- try installing iVMS-4200
