tamerth 0 Posted March 12, 2016 Good Morning I have just installed a new router in my house - vodafone connect and since i have, i have been unable to view my cameras on the IVMS-4500 software either locally or externally. The local connection shows connection failed The external connection shows camera (the device is not registered with in the DDNS) I am having problems trying to port forward on this new router as everytime i attempt to do it, the ports seem to be closed when testing. I cant find a manual for the router to tell me what i am doing wrong but i am sure i am missing a step to allow me to at least access the cameras on the app whilst on the same wifi network. I had a BT home hub before and everything was working perfectly with port forwarding and viewing on the network. I have not changed any setting on the NVR or the cameras since i changed the router last night. Help please.
