foealways 0 Posted March 13, 2016 Am i doing something wrong?? A lot of people have read this but no reply s?? Yes thanks for any replies i may receive. This is actually my first time on any forum. But ive exhausted all possibilities i can think of or find answers too. My first problem is ingratiating a cop au40b ptz dome controller. I CAN CURRENTLY OPERATE PTZ FROM COMPUTER SOFTWARE (CMS) AND also with a ptz dome controller remote control letup. No problems. But for life of me i cant get keyboard to anything. On lcd it takes the changes i make with controls. But wont operate ptz.. 2nd most frustrating i purchased a higher end high speed ptz camera model eyemax/unix. Its a pt9639-w. On start up it goes threw its functions pans tilts and on the OSD goes threw a check-list everything is fine but gets stuck on... HOME POSITION THAN IT SAYS WAITING BUT NEVER ANY CHANGE I GET OSD BUT NO PICTURE. only help manufacture will give me is replace it. But when i ask what part the control were power gets wired or te dome camera or the board in the dome itself. They say all of them. Does not make any sense to me if they would give me a wiring diagram or anything im sure i could trouble shoot it but they lead me to believe such things dont exist Has anyone seen this on a OSD and any suggestions on how to correct?? Thanks John Can anyone please help guide me in the right direction. can anyone give me detailed wiring diagrams for pt9639-w having no luck with unix because i dont sell there product.
