Conned by Swann?

Hi,

 

I need some help setting up the mobile app access to view my cameras when I'm not at home on the Swann Pro-Series 960h kit.

 

Thing thing to mention I never got any software DVD's with the kit?

 

Anyone have any ideas how you connect your phone to the cameras and what app I need as there seems to be a few?

By chance is there a QR code in the manual? I just picked up a Foscam indoor camera to act as a baby camera for our 2nd daughter. It had minimal things in the package but in the documentation it had a QR code for app setup.

Why do you jump to the conclusion that you were conned because you are missing a cd? Makes no sense to me.

You were conned though by purchasing a 960h system in 2016. You should be looking at 1080p minimum. Even 720p would be a significant improvement. You need to return that unit and do some more research.
