Freud 0 Posted April 2, 2016 Hi Everyone, I am wanting to place video cameras in my back/side yard that would pick up all the activities in my neighbors back yard. The reason why is they have a history of criminal activity in the neighborhood and I have had property damage on numerous occasions. Other neighbors have filmed them doing illegal things but the local police will not do anything. So if I have a camera pointed across my property viewing the majority of their back yard and deck area would that be legal in the State of Georgia? Any links to verify the laws? Thanks!!!
